Forgotten password or PIN

Choose “Forgot?” when you log in, on the web or in the iPhone or iPad app, and a code will be sent to the grown-up's email. A forgotten grown-ups' PIN is put right in the app, from the PIN's own page.

Cancelling Plus

If you bought Plus in the iPhone or iPad app, cancel it in your iPhone or iPad's Settings: your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. If you bought it on the web, open Settings in Kiddo Tutor on the web, then For grown-ups, then Manage billing.

Deleting an account

In Kiddo Tutor, on the web or in the app, go to Settings, then For grown-ups, and choose Delete account. Plus bought on the web is cancelled with it. Plus bought in the iPhone or iPad app is not: cancel that in your Apple Account's Subscriptions first.
