These terms are for Kiddo Tutor Plus bought on the web, in Kiddo Tutor at app.kiddotutor.com (or on this website, where it was sold until 19 October 2026). If you bought Plus in the iPhone or iPad app, Apple sells it, and Apple's terms for apps (its standard licence agreement) apply instead: Apple takes the payment, renews it, and handles any refund.

Who we are

Kiddo Tutor is a trading name of Romisoft Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17412722, with its registered office at Suite RA01, 195–197 Wood Street, London E17 3NU. Romisoft Ltd is who sells you Plus on the web. You can reach us at [email protected].

What you get

Every lesson in Kiddo Tutor is free. Plus adds unlimited energy, no daily limit on new lessons, homework help, unlimited practice papers and the full progress report. Plus belongs to the account it was bought for, and works in the app wherever that account signs in.

The free week

Every new account gets a week of Plus free once the grown-up's email is confirmed. No card is asked for, and the week ends by itself. Each account has one free week.

Price and payment

• Plus costs £9.99 a month or £69.99 a year. The price you see is the price you pay.
• You pay by card, through Stripe. We never see your card details.
• Plus renews by itself at the end of each month or year, and the card is charged then, until you cancel.
• If the price changes, we will email you before it applies, and you can cancel before your next renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Kiddo Tutor on the web: open Settings, then For grown-ups, then Manage billing. Plus stays on until the end of the month or year you have paid for, and is not charged again.

Changing your mind and refunds

• If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we will refund that payment in full.
• After that, we do not refund part of a month or year, unless something we provide goes wrong and we cannot put it right.
• Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under UK law.

Using Kiddo Tutor

• A parent or guardian makes each child's account and is responsible for how it is used.
• Keep the password and the grown-ups' PIN to yourself. The PIN keeps buying and the grown-ups' settings away from your child.
• We may change or improve the app and its lessons. If we ever stop offering Plus, we will refund any time you have paid for and not had.
• We may suspend an account that is used to harm the service or other people.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date. A change that affects a subscription you already have takes effect from your next renewal, and we will tell you about it first.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
